Kandis Rose Newton of Mount Pleasant, Titus County, Texas was born on June 12, 1988 to Roy Lee Newton, Jr. and Penny Sue (Brannon) Newton. She had a sister Alexis Newton. She was the mother of Reagan Lee Newton Hodge. Kandis Newton died at age 22 years old on March 30, 2011, and was buried on April 6, 2011 at Piney Cemetery NW 41, in Mount Pleasant.
