Karisha M (Hubbard) Leeper of Boerne, Kendall County, TX was born on October 27, 1952 in Fort Smith, Arkansas United States to William Hubbard and Patsy Hubbard. Karisha Leeper had a brother William Rick Hubbard. She married William F. Leeper Ii on February 28, 1976. They had children William F Leeper III and Jonathan Graham Leeper. She would also marry William F Leeper, and they had children Karisha Nicole Leeper and Kelsey Rebekah Leeper. She and William Leeper married on February 28, 1976, and they were married until Karisha's death in 2001.
