Janice Theresa (Elliott) DeGuzman was born on March 30, 1945 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts United States to Joseph Francis Elliott and Anna Elizabeth (Cocran) Elliott. Janice was baptized at Gate of Heaven Catholic Church 615 E 4th St, in Boston. She was in a relationship with Eliseo R Sacamay, and had a child Alees Larryssa Elliott. Janice DeGuzman died at age 68 years old in 2013 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, and was buried in March 2013 in Boston.
