Gertrude Georgiana (Lavallee) Gingras was born on September 7, 1899 in Chicopee, Massachusetts United States to Anastasia (Schneider) Lavallee and Henry William Lavallee, and had siblings Eugene V. Lavallee, William Lavallee, Nellie Lavallee, Arthur Lavallee, William Lavallee, Veronica (Lavallee) Kennedy, Edward James Lavallee, and Harold Lavallee. She married Henry Gingras on May 31, 1920 at Nativity Church Willimansett , in Chicopee, Hampden County and they later divorced. Gertrude Gingras died at age 82 years old in July 1982 in Holyoke.
