Linda Shelby (Fetherman) Frailey of Stroudsburg, Monroe County, PA was born on October 18, 1947 at Monroe County General Hospital in East Stroudsburg, and had siblings Sonja Fetherman Gallagher/Besecker and Susan Fetherman Bancroft. Linda was baptized at St John's Lutheran Church in Stroudsburg. She was the parent of Randolph Nelson, and James Lesoine. She married David Frailey. Linda Frailey died at age 62 years old on March 6, 2010.
