Marcey Scheerz

Age 70, of St. Paul Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 31, 2018. Marcey was a retired RN of 40 years from St. Joseph's Hospital, her love of Nursing continued her entire life, including acting as a mentor to nursing students. She enjoyed singing in the church choir and proudly served as a Eucharistic Minister. She will be remembered for her love for others and her beautiful smile. She loved music and dancing, she's once again doing the twist in Heaven. Preceded in death by mother, aunt, and brother. Survived by children, Stephanie Thomas, Jacqueline Scheerz; grand-children, Nathan and Stephen Thomas; brother, Stephen Steiner; and extended family and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Friday, February 16th at 11am at St. John's Church of Little Canada, 380 Little Canada Road East, Little Canada with a visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment St. John's Cemetery of Little Canada.
