Margaret Cliffe

Margaret, daughter of Alice Viola Van Tassel & George Cliffe, was born in Gananoque, Ontario on Sept 16, 1893. She had a brain tumor when a young woman which affected her equilibrium. She never married & lived with her mother until Aunt Alice died. For 34 yrs, she was a resident at the Jefferson County Home, then the Madonna Home in Watertown. She died at age 87 on Sept 17, 1980.
