I am not sure exactly where this picture came from. I think someone e-mailed it to me. I saved it as Martha Raters however I have tried researching the name and have not found this name anywhere. It was in with my Beghtel and Oliver family names so might be connected to that somehow. If anyone knows anymore, I would love to know about it.
