Mary Stetson

Mary's father was Leonard E. Miles and her mother was Virginia Irene (Sherman) Miles (1932-2008). She had a brothers Anthony, Leonard, George, and Jason, and three sisters, Lisa, Jennifer, and Angela. Mary was a single mother of 5 when she was murdered. She had three daughters, Tamara, Virginia, and Samantha, and two sons, Travis and Adrian. Her torso was found in the Piscataquog River - southern New Hampshire -on July 20 1999, 2 days after she was last seen by her family. Vaclav Plch, age 39, a citizen of the Czech Republic was charged with with first degree murder for her death. He was found guilty of stabbing her and dismembering her body and was given a life sentence.
