Miriam Soljack, ship records

Although she was born in Hastings, therefore being a citizen of New Zealand, once she married Peter Soljack, she became a non citizen, and was treated as an outcast during WW1. I have been having trouble trouble finding out about her background, as some is under MiriaN, and MiriaM. The correct spelling is with a M. Type in her name under Wikipedia, and you will find out some of her history. Her brother Arthur Lewis, born 06/12/1871 died 26/04/1960, was my maternal Grandfather. His 2nd daughter was Vera Jean, and she was my Mum.
