She was born on August 12, 1914 in Lima, Allen, Ohio, United States and had two siblings, Mildred (born 1912) and John Neumeier (born 1919). On September 15, 1942 she married Carl Denver Binkley in Indiana, United States. They had 3 children together. About a year later, she joined the United States military on February 22, 1943 in Columbus, Ohio. After her time in the military she moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado and on December 26, 2006, Liddie Binkley passed away.
