Mystery Steptoe Young Man
It is believed that this picture belonged to Lucinda Steptoe, daughter of John R. and Rebecca Steptoe of Johnson County Georgia. Lucinda Steptoe married George Tucker, and after the Civil War they moved to Sabine County Texas. This picture is probably one of Lucinda Steptoe's brothers who were soldiers in the Civil War. Hopefully someone can identify this mystery member of the John R. Steptoe family.
