Orlando was born mute and later deaf, but he never let these limitations hold him back. Orlando had an infectious smile and was the most optimistic person I have ever met. He was kind, gentle, and charismatic. His personality matched his good looks. My brother was the greatest man I ever knew, although I say bye I know that it is only a temporary goodbye. Gone, but never gotten. We love you and miss, not a day goes by when we don't remember you. Rest in peace.
