Ralph William Sharp of William Street, in Armadale, WA Australia was born in 1873 in Toorak, VIC to George James Sharp and Eliza Mason Sharp. He had siblings Mary Elenor Sharp, Arthur Sharp, Ethel Sharp, and Mary Eleanor Sharp. He married Maud Julia Ann Abbott Sharp circa January 23, 1901 in Albury, NSW, and they were married until Ralph's death in 1927. He had children Ethel Maud Sharp, Leslie Sharp, Thelma Sharp, Lillian Sharp, and Mervyn Sharp. Ralph Sharp was buried in 1927 at Karrakatta Cemetry Railway Rd, in Karrakatta.

Ethel Maud Sharp married William John Edwards on 23 September 1922 in Perth, Western Australia. Their first child (unnamed female) was stillborn on 21 September 1923, and their other children were: Ethel Mavis Edwards b 1924 d 1953 Marjory Florence b 1926 Hazel Gweneth b 1929 d 1975 Wilfred John b 1932 d circa 1980
