Robert E Tipps Jr. of Levelland, Hockley County, TX was born on April 21, 1926 to Goldie Baheler and Robert E Tipps Sr. He married DeMurl Maxwell Tipps and they later divorced. He had children Tommy E Tipps and Karon S Tipps-Odle. Robert Tipps Jr. died at age 70 years old on October 28, 1996.
