Ross Searle had siblings Roy Cyril Blundell, Athol Bruce Searle, Clarence Eric Searle, Ivy Gertude (Searle) Young, Eisie Edna (Searle) Mcphee, Dulcie Joan (Searle) Roser, John Walter Searle, Elizabeth Jane (Searle) Williams, Ruby May (Searle) Harris, Coral Alice (Searle) Levitt, Charlie Arthur Colin Searle, and Jake Kelvin Edward Searle. He married Alma Cockburn on January 7, 1950, and they were married until Alma's death on October 7, 1954. They had a child Terrence Joseph Searle. He married Dulcie May Hennock Searle on January 21, 1956 in greenthorpe, New South Wales, and they were married until Ross' death on December 8, 1982. They had children Marie Anne Searle, Peter John Searle, Heather Gay Searle, Leslie James Searle, and Trevor Lee Searle.
