Scarbrough, and Lydia Victoria Scarbrough. He married Eldora E. Henley Scarbrough, and they had children Henry Clayton Scarbrough, Benjamin Franklin Scarbrough, Mable Scarbrough, Quinell Scarbrough, and James Junior Scarbrough. He would also marry C.d.
