Sigala on October 26, 1976 in Collin County, TX, and had children Manuel Dejesus Jr. Sigala, Luis Dejesus Sigala, Silvia Sigala, Angela (Sigala) Hurtado, Joseph E Sigala, and Kathleen Sigala. Effie Sigala died at age 65 years old on November 22, 2019 at Crowley cemetery in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.
