Suggs Boy
Found in an Estate sale in Wingo, Ky., among photos of known Suggs, including my grandmother, Etta Maude Suggs. I don't know who this boy is. The original is about 1 inch square and is on a card with a photo of a man wearing a hat. Would appreciate any input.
