Thalia Mae Fowler

I am looking for information on my birth father, his name is Tony Lee Fowler. He married my mother and when he found out that he was going to be a dad he left my mother. They were married on May 12,1972 in Reno NV and in December of 1973 Tony tryed to get a divoce from my mother but she never got any paper work about it. All I know about him is he is from Calhoun GA, he is blind in his left eye and he may have some Chearkee in him. He has a sister name Menisa. If you related to this man let me know please.
