The Canadian Charioteers:

L: Lt. Charles E. Bonnell, DSC, RCNVR; R - Lt. Alan Moreton, RCNVR.
Taken in Loch Erisort, Scotland during their training as charioteers, aka human torpedoes. They were the first to be selected for this hazardous service and the only Canadians.

Chuck was reported missing, before I was born but I remember that my grandfater was VERY PROUD of him and saddened by his untimely demise. FAMILY: Wife: Eleanor E.
