Thomas Lahiff

A photo of Thomas Lahiff, son of John and Eliza Fitzgerald Lahiff who was born in Kilcorny County Clare Ireland. He had musical talent and it was said he could play any song he heard by ear on the piano. His daughters were also musically inclined and sang and danced their way to stardom on Broadway. The most famous of his daughters was Ann who changed her name to Nancy Carroll. She was among the first of many to have a star on the Hollywood walk of fame. An amazing feat for someone with poor Irish roots.
