William Charles Twinem of Southington, Trumbull County, Ohio was born on May 5, 1935 in Warren to Harold J Twinem and Virginia Ruth (Hardman) Stephenson and William Berwyn Stephenson. He married Virginia Lee Woodrum and they later divorced. He had children Sherri Lynn Stephenson and Kenneth E Stephenson. William Twinem died at age 75 years old on August 8, 2010 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
