Rose Agnes Ellis of Elmira, Chemung County, NY was born on March 27, 1937 in Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pennsylvania United States to Nelson Darrell Miller and Susan A Figmick. Rose Ellis had siblings Mary Janet Miller Cohick, Charles Nelson Miller, and Gloria v Miller Spotts. She married James Ellis Sr. Rose's partner was Earl Welrose Kautz, and they had a child Crystal Annette (Miller) Sponenberg.
