Not sure the order of signatures with order of men in photo, but handwritten by each man on back: " Wayne W. Hinsey, Paul H. Price, Christian W. Pannatt, Frederick T. Matteson, Jr., Wayne Hancock, B. Hancock-Kentucky ".
