I believe this picture was taken about 1905. Albert Neal was born 25 April 1901 but unfortunately died 15 Oct 1906. Priscilla, his grandmother was born 5 June 1854 and lived until 7 April 1950. Rose, Albert's mother, was born 18 March 1878 and lived until 8 Feb 1958.
