Tne man in the photo is unknown. However, the photo was taken by Anton Larson, born in August 1849 in Norway and immigrated to Minnesota by 1873. By 1880 he had his own photography studio in Minneapolis, where he continued to work until 1930. He had a wife, Caroline, and two daughters, Amanda and Agnes.
