Aunt Mary French
Aunt Mary had the name Mary Vaughn before she married Uncle Ab in 1876. Everyone loved Aunt Mary. She was very kind. They adopted Willis E Hart but he died at age 8. Then they adopted Loren E Jordan when he was 3 years old. Their house was bought by Mayor Alioto of SF and refurbished into a fancy mansion. These tintypes of Mary, Martha & their husbands were taken at Gove & Allen Gallery in Sacramento.
