Bendix Family of New Orleans in Saratoga New York
I have posted a picture of "the Bendix Family" which I found in my Great Grandmother's scrap book, pasted onto the page. The inscription in the Scrap Book simply says Bendix Family New Orleans LA 1981 (sic) which must have been incorrectly inscribed because this is obviously a late 19th century,, early 20th century picture I believe this photo might have been taken around 1891 or so and pictures 4 adults. My Great Great Grandfather operated a hotel on Saratoga Lake, Saratoga, New York, around that time - His name was John Tolmie, and I believe this photo may have been taken of this family vacationing there. There are no first names on the picture. Perhaps some of you might recognize..
Date & Place: at Lake Saratoga, New York in Saratoga, New York USA
