The Mystery

I am trying to locate my ancestors in Germany and I have few leads. This photo is of one of my cousins. I am trying to locate any living relatives.

Unless that is his name, "Bube" is a German word for "boy". If the writing is grandma's, she probably labeled the photo "Bube Stephan" as in "lil grandson". May or may not have known his first name.
