Charles Powell
Born April 1830, England. Died Nov 1917, NJ. Son of Barnabus and Mary (Morris) Powell. Occupation: Jeweler. Spent adult life in Newark, NJ. Husband of Sarah F. Father of Harry Emerson Powell. On 28 June 1853 he was commissioned 2nd Lieutenant in the NJ Militia.
