Copeland man?
This photo was found in an antique store in Ross, OH (SW OH). IN may have been the state in which the picture was taken, but I'm not positive. The back simply says: 29 Copeland. There is a 2-cent stamp pasted on it, as well, so that can help narrow down the year.

Hello my name is David L Copeland and i know my father David R Copeland was born in ohio where this picture was found. And his fathers name was Carl C Copeland i believe.
