I am looking for the surnames: Loisel, Lagace, LaBrasseur, Duguay, and more down their lineages back to the 1800 and back further as they relate to native american or North american Indian tribes... on my father's side: Aube, LaLonde, Danis, Goddard, Therrien, Charbonneau, Grinsell, Daoust, Duvaland the families they connect to further toward the early 1800's and back. Again, I have much of the lineage and only need to find the native american or north american indian connections. I am looking for specific tribal connections or any pictures of my great-parents especially the Henry Lancour/LaCour family name. They go back to Paul Lancour and Sarah Lozon/Lolotte/Louiston and to a Genevieve/Jane Pond . Also an Amable Anse who was a chief for the Ojibway tribe near Mackinac Island and St. Ignace ..possibly Cheboygan Michigan... All the Lancour's and Pond's would be full-blood Ojibway. I haven't met any one from my family yet connected to the Lancour's and would be very happy to also share info as needed.
