Elvin Charles Tuttle in the spring of 1968 Hamilton, Ohio when he was still 19 years old. He was born on October 30, 1948 in Michigan. Elvin was married to Terry Ann Cook at the time. His parents were Versell Elvin Tuttle and Beulah Faye Parsley (both were born in Laurel County, Kentucky). He died in 2003.
Elvin worked at Mercy Hospital in 1966 as a porter until his father got him a job later working at Fisherbody (General Motors). Elvin's mother in law, Helen (Sositko) Cook helped him to get a job at Mercy Hospital when he married her daughter.
All of Elvin's ancestors were in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and possibly in a Scandinavian country, Germany and France.
