Erwin Woodroe Nunley at our Wedding
This is a picture of my father-in-law, Erwin Woodroe Nunley, at our wedding in Canyon, Texas, Joseph A. Hill Chapel, on January 8, 1972. He worked in the oil fields of West Texas, living at Kermit, Texas, most of his life. He was born in Hearne, Texas, married Della Mildred Brewer, and had one child at age 36, Darwin Clayton Nunley. He died of lung cancer in Hearne Hospital, Hearne, Robertson County, Texas, in 1979, the same year his last grandson was born. He is buried in Suggs Cemetery, Hearne, Texas.
