Francis Arwine Neal
Francis Arwine and Ida May nee Woods Neal. Francis is the son of Linzey M. Neal and Catherine Baughman. b. abt 1871 Brown Co., IN; Ida is the daughter of Oliver Woods, b. abt 1880, married December 22, 1897. They lived a short time in Popular Bluff, Mo. before coming back to Brown Co., IN. children are Everett and Olive Catherine Neal.
