Rotha was born 01-07-1891 in Fresno, Kern Co., CA and Henry was born 06-06-1865 in Potter Valley, Mendicino Co., CA. Sarah Joseph Morris Fowler was Henry's mother and Henry Clay Fowler was Henry's father.
