This is a photograph of my great grandparents, James Alfred Spivey, son of Adniram & Evaline (Souther) Spivey, and his wife, Mary Elizabeth Rhea, daughter of William M. and Margaret Jane (Smalling) Rhea. He was the 8th child, and she was oldest in her family. The Spivey's were from GA, NC and TN, the Rhea's settled in Monroe Co., TN., before migrating to Baker County, OR in 1920. ... show more
