Lucina Harvey Town (1797-1881)

Portrait of Lucina Harvey Town (1797-1881) of Arkwright, Chautauqua county, NY. Lucina settled with her husband Aaron V Town in lot 12 in Arkwright in 1826 and later bought and operated Chicken Tavern with her husband at Arkwright Summit. Lucina was the daughter of Bethuel and Clarissa Harvey, who also settled in lot 12 in Arkwright. (Photo courtesy Grace Johnson.)
