Outting

Photo from the West Midlands about 1950's 1960's I think.?.

I received this photo in amongst some family photos, from my parents. I have no idea who these men are, but I suspect one of them must be my grandad. I assumed it was some kind of working man's club outing, but I have no idea. I don't know when or where it was taken, but I would guess that it was somewhere in the West Midlands because my family is from there and I would guess it dates from between the 1940's - 1960's looking at their clothes, but I really have no idea. Does anyone have any idea who the group may be or where and when it was taken.
