Stacy Irene Hemphill of Red Rock, Bastrop County, Texas United States was born on May 11, 1971 in Austin, Travis County to Emory Pat Montgomery. She had a sister Roxie Johnson. She was in a relationship with Tommy Hemphill, and had children Codi Hemphill Colvin, Tommy Jack Hemphill, and John-Wayne Hemphill.
