Stacy Irene Hemphill of Red Rock, Bastrop County, Texas United States was born on May 11, 1971 in Austin, Travis County to Emory Pat Montgomery. She had a sister Roxie Johnson. She was in a relationship with Tommy Hemphill, and had children Codi Hemphill Colvin, Tommy Jack Hemphill, and John-Wayne Hemphill. Stacy Hemphill died at age 39 years old on March 27, 2011 in Bastrop County, and was buried on April 1, 2011 at Bateman cemetery hwy 86, in Red Rock.
