Mr. DeMoss, 76, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Nitro, died Saturday. Theodore's parents were: Henry Lee Jackson DeMoss & Amanda Emma (Martin) DeMoss Brown (both unknown burial locations). Theodore DeMoss & Callie (Eggleston) DeMoss. They are Tracy McClanahan's great grandparents, they were both deaf mutes. They met at the Romney School for the Blind & Deaf. Califernia's parents were James Eggleston and Ruth (Perry). Theodore's parent's were. Henry DeMoss and Amanda (Martin). His sister, Allie P. (DeMoss) Dilley. Theodore DeMoss born Dec. 16, 1884 in Braxton Co., WV to Henry J. L. DeMoss and Amanda (Martin). Married Califernia (Eggleston) August 10, 1909 Putnam Co., WV. Califernia & Theodore were both deaf mutes and met at the Romney School for the Blind & Deaf. Theodore died March 2, 1963 in Columbus OH.
