Uknown Girl

I think this young girl may come from Seacombe in Cheshire and may have been born around the late 1890's/early 1900's.
Her surname may be Pierce.

I have no Idea who this girl is. The photograph was found among some old family pictures. Everyone who has seen it says it looks like my eldest daughter so there would appear to be a family likeness.
I believe it may well be someone on my father's side of the family. Does anyone know her?
