Unknown BALES
Photo has been in BALES family for a long time. Possibly taken in AR or TX. BALES family (John R. BALES) was from Independence Co., AR, moving to Fannin Co., TX about 1870.

Who is this person? Is this the BALES ancestor with Cherokee blood?
