William & Emma (Baker) Milhizer, New York 1901

William Milhizer was born to Johannes Milhizer (1819-1899) and Christina Katharina Milhizer (1831-1890) and had siblings Johann (1856-1865), Mary Goodermote (1856-1940), Christina Katharina (1859-1865), Daniel (1859-1865), Georg (1861-1865), Adam (1863-1940), and Henry J. (1867-1930). William Milhizer Sr. married Emma Marie Baker Milhizer (1878-1950) in 1901 and had children William August Milhizer Jr (1902-1928), Allen H (born and died in 1904), Gladys Boehringer (1907-1973), Albert Raymond (1909-1999) and Elmer R. Emma's father was known as Augustus or "August" Karl Baker or Becker (1850 - 1929) born in Germany. Her mother was Maria or Mary Dorothea (Müller or Miller) Baker or Becker (1851 - 1923) also born in Germany. She had siblings Charles, Hattie, Katherine, August, and Nelson. Emma married William Milhizer (1869 - 1950) on January 30 1901 in Sand Lake New York and they had children William, Allen, Gladys, Albert, and Elmer. William was the only one working - he was the proprietor of a business.
