Jack was born, William Wade McKinley to, Charlie Talmage and Anne Nettie Norvell McKinley.He was born Apr.7,1927 in Portland,Nueces Co.,TX.. Jack was adopted by his grandparents, James Robert and Nancy (Jennie) Harris Norvell, when he was very young and was then known as Jack Norvell. He died Jun. 5,1947 and is buried in the Mathis Cemetery in San Patricio,Co,TX.,between James and Nancy (Jennie) Norvell.
