He had a brother Robert Frack Pegg. He was in a relationship with Julia Mary (Moore) Pegg beginning November 1, 1952 at Little Britain Presbyterian Church in Fulton Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania United States, and they were together until Charles' death on November 21, 1990 in Humble, Harris County United States. He had children Deborah (Pegg) Herrington, Joann Patricia (Pegg) Cato, and Elizabeth Susan (Pegg) Hyde. Charles Pegg was buried at Houston National Cemetery Section L Site 2957 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, in Houston.
