Frank Joseph Sirago was born in Brooklyn to Vito Ciraco (born 1880) and Mary Vallone (1891-1966) and had 8 siblings including Joe (1913-2010), Virginia (born 1914), Dominick (1916-1992), William V. (1918-2004), and John Cirago (1922-2010), and had two half siblings. Frank married Lillian K. Moscato (1916-2004) on November 24th 1941 in Brooklyn New York, and they had two children including Jerome J. Sirago who was born in 1956 and died in 1995. Frank enlisted in the United States army on February 18th 1942, and was discharged on September 5th 1945. He lived his entire life in New York city and is buried in Catskill.
