Johnnie Tending was a wonderful friend to so many. He was a family man. He took his family on so many vacations. Camping, boating, fishing, hunting and many trips to Astroworld and Six Flags theme parks. He loved his wife Geraldine and his 7 children so much, and they loved him so much. He was in the army and then became a truck driver locally. He also cared for animals. He was a wonderful friend, husband and the best father any of his children could ask for.

Johnnie Tending was a wonderful friend. He was loved very much! He was the type of man that would give you his shirt off of his back. He had lung disease and heart disease. He lived with his sister Dorothy Ross his last year of life.
